摘要
纤维蛋白鞘形成是经外周中心静脉置管(peripherally inserted central catheters,PICC)拔管困难的原因之一。本文报道1例极低出生体重儿大隐静脉汇入股静脉处PICC形成纤维蛋白鞘,经静脉切开取出导管。
