集群视角下山西省介休市传统村落集中连片规划方法探析

Exploring the planning method of concentrated and connected traditional villages in Jiexiu City,Shanxi Province from a cluster perspective

继承和发扬中华优秀传统文化,是国家重大发展战略需求。传统村落承载物质与精神文明,是优秀传统文化活态见证。在传统村落保护与利用过程中,以点状传统村落单元为单一保护对象具有一定局限性。对集群理念内涵进行了梳理,由区域集群视角出发,从传统村落价值评价、集群构建、保护利用策略等方面构建传统村落集中连片保护利用规划编制方法,在此基础上,从资源整合集群发展、系统保护全面发展、全域旅游错位发展三方面提炼介休市传统村落集中连片保护利用策略,对于指导介休市传统村落集中连片保护利用有较强应用价值。

Inheriting and promoting excellent traditional Chinese culture is a major strategic requirement for national development.Traditional villages carry material and spiritual civilization,and are witnesses to the vitality of excellent traditional culture.In the process of protecting and utilizing traditional villages,using point shaped traditional village units as a single protection object has certain limitations.We have sorted out the connotation of the cluster concept,based on a regional perspective,and constructed a planning method for the centralized and contiguous protection and utilization of traditional villages from the aspects of value evaluation,cluster construction,and protection and utilization strategies.Based on this,we have extracted the path of centralized and contiguous protection and utilization of traditional villages in Jiexiu City from three aspects:resource integration cluster development,comprehensive system protection development,and overall tourism dislocation development.This has strong practical value in guiding the centralized and contiguous protection and utilization of traditional villages in Jiexiu City.
