摘要
本文介绍了汽油发动机的VVT技术,对比分析了液压VVT、电动VVT的结构特点和工作原理。本文也分析了混动专用发动机的技术路径,以及对相位器的技术需求。电动VVT的调节范围大、调节速度高、温度适用广等特点,可以很好的满足混动专用发动机的需求。
This paper introduces the VVT technology of gasoline engine,and compares and analyzes the structure characteristics and working principle of hydraulic VVT and electric VVT.This paper also analyzes the technical path of the aspirated hybrid engine and the technical requirements for the VVT.The electric VVT has the characteristics of wide regulating range,high regulating speed and wide application of temperature,which can well meet the requirements of aspirated hybrid engine.
