电子节气门驱动器和控制方法的研究

摘要 介绍了电子节气门研究的必要性和它的机械结构及控制原理,设计开发了电子节气门驱动器的硬件电路,也完成了PLC信号采集和控制系统的搭建。通过在PLC编写PID控制算法,PLC输出PWM的脉冲信号,再输出到电子节气的驱动器上,把控制信号转换成电机电流,实现对电子节气门的直流电机的控制。通过加载在电机上电流值的大小和方向的变化,实现电子节气门的开度控制。通过这个系统的测试,能很好的控制电子节气门的任意开度。电子节气门的控制精度可以达到现有汽车的控制水平,其它各项实验数据也达到了预期要求,为最终在电子节气门检测设备使用奠定了良好的基础。 The necessity of electronic throttle research and its mechanical structure and control principle are introduced.The hardware circuit of the electronic throttle driver is designed and developed,and the PLC signal acquisition and control system is also completed.By writing the PID control algorithm in the PLC,the PLC outputs the PWM pulse signal,which is then output to the electronic throttle driver,converts the control signal into motor current,and realizes the control of the DC motor of the electronic throttle.By loading the change of the current value and direction on the motor,the opening degree of the electronic throttle is controlled.Through the test of this system,the arbitrary opening degree of the electronic throttle can be well controlled.The control accuracy of the electronic throttle can reach the control level of existing cars,and other experimental data also meet the expected requirements,laying a good foundation for the final use of electronic throttle detection equipment.
