摘要
铝活塞是汽车发动机中的重要零件,金属模重力铸造是铝活塞毛坯制造的主要方式。为了提高铝活塞铸造效率和铸造质量,设计了一种铝活塞自动铸造生产线,重点介绍了整体设计方案,阐述了设备设计、铸造工艺参数模块设计、软件设计等方面的实现方法。
Aluminum pistons are important components in automotive engines,and metal mold gravity casting is the main method of manufacturing aluminum piston blanks.In order to improve the casting efficiency and quality of aluminum pistons,an automatic casting production line for aluminum pistons was designed.The overall design scheme of the system was emphasized,and the implementation methods of equipment design,pressure detection,temperature detection,software design,and other aspects were elaborated.
