摘要 随着经济社会的持续快速发展,锂电池的应用范围愈发广阔,本文首先介绍了全自动卷绕机的工作过程,分析了全自动锂电池卷绕机的设计问题。在探讨锂电池卷绕机张力控制的基础上,结合相关实践经验,分别从卷绕机控制系统、软件设计与纠偏控制等多个角度与方面,探讨了锂电池卷绕机软件设计及纠偏控制问题,阐述了个人对此的几点浅见。 With the continuous and rapid development of the economy and society,the application range of lithium batteries has become increasingly broad.This article first introduces the working process of the fully automatic winding machine and analyzes the design issues of the fully automatic lithium battery winding machine.On the basis of exploring the tension control of lithium battery winding machines,combined with relevant practical experience,this paper explores the software design and deviation correction control issues of lithium battery winding machines from multiple perspectives and aspects such as the winding machine control system,software design,and deviation correction control,and elaborates on several personal opinions on this.
