摘要
本文分析了柴油机热效率提高的重要性,对节能减排、提高经济效益,重点提出优化燃烧过程,降低摩擦损失,提高热交换效率,减少冷却水损耗促进柴油机技术,进一步探讨了提高热效率的方法及其对环境保护、能源节约和经济发展等方面的意义。通过搭建柴油引擎试验台,采集不同工况下的燃油消耗、排放数据,以及发动机运行参数。确定了影响柴油引擎热效率的关键因素,提出了针对性的柴油引擎热效率改善措施,为柴油引擎设计优化和运行调整提供了理论依据和实践指导。
This paper analyzes the importance of improving the thermal efficiency of diesel engine,energy saving and emission reduction,improving economic benefits,focusing on the optimization of combustion process,reducing friction loss,improving heat exchange efficiency,reducing cooling water loss to promote diesel engine technology,and further discusses the method of improving thermal efficiency and its significance for environmental protection,energy saving and economic development.By setting up a diesel engine test bench,the data of fuel consumption,emission and engine operation parameters under different working conditions are collected.The key factors affecting the thermal efficiency of diesel engines are determined,and the relevant measures to improve the thermal efficiency of diesel engines are put forward,which provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the design optimization and operation adjustment of diesel engines.
