高职院校毕业生“慢就业”现象研究

Research and Countermeasures on the Phenomenon of“Slow Employment”among Higher Vocational College Graduates

当今世界正面临百年未有之大变局,全球经济发展正面临不确定性,“慢就业”现象的解决有利于促进国家经济发展和维护社会稳定,有利于毕业生职业生涯发展和个人价值实现,也是实现新时代中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的重要支撑。从历史的发展规律来看,要改变“慢就业”现状,必须在社会就业趋势研判体系构建、需求侧招录平台构建、供给侧就业育人工作体系构建、个体职业生涯认知体系构建等方面形成合力。

The world is currently facing unprecedented changes,and global economic development is facing uncertainty.Solving the phenomenon of“slow employment”is beneficial for maintaining national economic development and social stability,beneficial for the long-term career development and personal value realization of graduates.It is also an important support for realizing the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era.From the perspective of historical development laws,if the phenomenon of“slow employment”is completely improved,we need to form a joint force in building a social employment trend analysis system,a demand-side recruitment platform,a supply-side employment education system,and a personal career cognition system.
