摘要
石油开采和加工过程中产生的含油废水成分复杂,传统处理方法在去除化学需氧量、悬浮物和石油类等污染物方面效果有限,且在面对污染物浓度波动时稳定性不足。本文提出了一种优化组合的油田含油污水处理工艺,该工艺包括预处理、生化处理和深化处理三个阶段,并在辽宁地区某油田进行了中试验证。试验结果表明,该工艺能有效降低含油污水中的污染物浓度,出水水质稳定且达到国家标准。成本核算显示,该工艺的运行费用较其他两种工艺显著降低,显示出较好的经济性。研究表明,通过合理组合物理、化学、物理化学和生物处理技术,可显著提高油田含油污水的处理效果和经济性。
A large amount of wastewater is produced in the process of oil exploitation and processing.The composition of the waste water is complex,a single treatment method of the water to remove pollutants such as Chemical oxygen demand,SS and Petroleum is limited.and there is a certain degree of instability.Through the optimization of wastewater treatment methods,a process for treating oil-bearing wastewater in oil field is formed,and this process is applied to the mid-term test of oil-bearing wastewater in oil field.In this paper,the sewage treatment process and related equipment are introduced,through the test to verify the process of oil-bearing wastewater treatment effect,and cost accounting.The experimental results show that the process not only ensures the stability of effluent quality,but also has certain impact resistance.After Three Stages of pretreatment,biochemical treatment and further treatment,the concentrations of pollutants such as Chemical oxygen demand,suspended solids and petroleum were significantly reduced,and the quality of the effluent met the relevant national standards.Through the cost accounting,also shows that the process has a certain economic.
