高校突发事件中网络谣言的生成与治理

The Generation and Governance of Network Rumors in College Emergencies

互联网技术给人们带来生活便利和红利的同时,也产生了一系列治理难题,网络谣言就是其中之一。高校作为社会思潮最为活跃的场所,如何有效治理突发事件中的网络谣言,提高舆论引导水平,已经成为摆在面前的重大课题。文章基于全媒体时代背景,分析阐述了高校突发事件网络谣言产生的外部原因、主要原因和潜在原因,结合网络谣言传播群体的特殊性、传播渠道的多元性、传播内容的迷惑性以及传播情绪的鼓动性等表现特征,提出在高校突发事件网络谣言处置中要抢占信息制高点、构建监测辟谣机制、提升学生网络素养和加强意见领袖培育的建议。

While Internet technology brings convenience and dividends to people’s lives,it also produces a series of governance problems,one of which is network rumors.How to effectively control the Internet rumors in emergencies,and to improve the level of public opinion guidance,has become a major issue in front of universities which are the most active places ofsocial thought.Based on the background of the all-media era,this paper analyzes the external reasons,main reasons and potential reasons for the emergence of Internet rumors in university emergencies.By combining the characteristics of the particularity of Internet rumors spreading groups,the diversity of communication channels,the confusion of communication content and the encouragement of communication emotions,some suggestions are put forward to seize the commanding heights of information,construct the mechanism of monitoring and refuting rumors,improve students’network literacy and strengthen the cultivation of opinion leaders.
