Team Cooperation and Leadership Training in College Basketball Training

随机抽取141名高校篮球队成员进行问卷调查,了解大学生篮球训练中团队合作与领导力的培养情况。结果显示,受访者对篮球训练中团队合作与领导力培养的评价整体呈较高水平,评价结果较一致。相关性分析可知,团队合作、领导力、沟通及信任尊重4个维度间在0.01的水平上显著正相关。CRITIC权重分析发现,团队合作是大学生篮球训练中最重要的因素。单因素方差分析得知,大学生篮球训练中,团队合作、领导力、沟通、信任尊重这4个维度在训练年限上均不呈现显著性,说明团队合作意识与领导力的培养是持续的过程,不受训练年限的影响。基于此,教练应积极培养自身的领导能力,营造积极的团队氛围;在训练中加强团队合作和默契的训练;教练应与队员共同努力营造充满信任和尊重的环境,共同努力实现团队目标。

The study randomly selects 141 college basketball team members,and conducts a questionnaire survey to know the development of team cooperation and leadership in college basketball training.The results show that the respondents’evaluation of teamwork and leadership training in basketball training is generally at a higher level,and the evaluation is more consistent.Correlation analysis show that teamwork,leadership,communication and trust and respect show significant positive correlation at the level of 0.01.CRITIC weight analysis finds that teamwork is the most important factor in college basketball training.One-way ANOVA shows that,in college basketball training,teamwork,leadership,communication,trust and respect are not significant in the training years,indicating that the cultivation of teamwork consciousness and leadership is a continuous process,which is not affected by the training years.Based on this,coaches should actively cultivate their own leadership ability,create positive team atmosphere,and strengthen teamwork and tacit understanding in training.Coaches and players should work together to create an environment of trust and respect,and work together to achieve team goals.
