高校学生管理工作效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of College Student Management

通过问卷调查的形式了解高校学生管理工作效果。结果显示,高校学生管理工作效果高于理论中值,处于中等偏上水平,说明大学生对高校学生管理工作持肯定态度,但尚未达到理想水平。其中,品德教育与培养、学习管理、公寓管理及国防教育管理维度的满意度水平相对较低。由差异性分析可知,不同年级学生对高校学生管理工作的信息和内容认知存在差异,有主观评价高于客观评价的现象。不同专业学生对学生管理工作者的工作态度、工作效率、综合素质评价结果不一致,对学习管理、党团业务管理及国防教育管理维度的满意度也存在差异。高校应以学生为主体加强学生思想政治教育,构建良好的制度体系环境,以不断提高学生管理工作的效果。

The study analyzes the effect of college student management with questionnaire survey.The results show that the effect of college student management is higher than theoretical median and above the average level,indicating that college students possess positive attitudes towards college student management,but it has not yet reached the ideal level.The satisfaction level of character education and cultivation,learning management,apartment management and national defense education management is relatively low.Difference analysis show that students of different grades have different cognition of information and content of college student management,and subjective evaluation is higher than objective evaluation.Students of different majors have different evaluation results on work attitude,work efficiency and comprehensive quality of student management workers.There are also differences in satisfaction with learning management,party and league business management and national defense education management.Colleges and universities should take students as the main body to strengthen students’ideological and political education,construct good system environment,and constantly improve the effect of student management.
