山蒟化学成分及杀虫活性研究进展

摘要 山蒟(Piper hancei Maxim.)又名山蒌,为胡椒科、胡椒属多年生常绿木质藤本植物,主要分布在我国长江中下游地区及华南各省.山蒟具有行气止痛、祛风消肿之功效,能治疗风湿性关节炎、腰膝无力、咳嗽气喘等.目前对山蒟的研究主要集中在种类鉴别分类、化合物分离和结构鉴定以及医学和农业中的应用.山蒟全草具有良好的杀虫活性,山蒟藤茎、叶提取物对多种昆虫幼虫及成虫具有毒杀作用.通过传统植物化学的提取、萃取及柱层析分离,从山蒟提取物可得到特征性脂肪连酰胺类化合物,这可能是山蒟发挥杀虫作用的物质基础.对近年来国内外山蒟提取物及其所分离的化合物杀虫活性进行总结概述,可为山蒟杀虫活性深入研究及植物源农药先导化合物的开发利用提供参考. Piper hancei Maxim.,also known as Shanlou,is a perennial evergreen woody vine of the Piperaceae family and is mainly distributed in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and South China.It has the effects of promoting qi and relieving pain,dispelling wind and reducing swelling,and can be used to treat rheumatoid arthritis,waist and knee weakness,cough and asthma,etc.Current research on Piper hancei Maxim.mainly focuses on the identification and classification of species,the isolation and structural identification of compounds,and medical pesticides applications,etc.Recent studies on the activity of Piper hancei Maxim.showed that its whole plant had good insecticidal activity.The extracts from the stems and leaves of Piper hancei Maxim.have toxic effects on the larvae and adults of many insects.The characteristic fatty chain amine obtained from the extract of Piper hancei Maxim.by traditional phytochemical extraction and column chromatography separation may be the important substance for the insecticidal activity.In this paper,the insecticidal activities of the extracts from Piper hancei Maxim.and their isolated compounds were summarized.In order to provide reference for in-depth research on the insecticidal activity of Piper hancei Maxim.and the development and utilization of botanical pesticide lead compounds.
