基于FPGA的永磁同步电机三相电流同步采样方案

摘要 在永磁牵引控制平台中,为了实现永磁同步电机控制更优,需根据控制周期对电机的三相电流进行同步采样;同时,为了满足过流故障的实时保护,需要对电流以较小的时间间隔进行持续采样。为此,文章基于FPGA设计了一种利用一套ADC芯片同时满足永磁同步电机控制所需电流同步采样和过流实时保护需求的快速定时采样方案。该方案通过实时获取用户配置的同步采样周期,并结合定时采样周期,智能地生成ADC转换启动信号的方式,从而实现对永磁同步电机电流的同步采样和定时采样控制。最后,基于实际永磁牵引控制平台进行实验,结果验证了所提方案的可行性和有效性。 Synchronously sampling three-phase current in the traction control unit based on the control cycle is necessary to enhance control of permanent magnet synchronous motors.Simultaneously,continuous current sampling at small time intervals is essential for realtime over-current protection.This paper presents a solution based on a field-programmable gate array(FPGA),which incorporates a single set of analog-to-digital converter(ADC)chips to enable both synchronous current sampling essential for controlling permanent magnet synchronous motors and fast timed sampling necessary for real-time over-current protection.This design intelligently generates ADC conversion start signals through acquiring user-configured synchronous sampling periods in real time alongside timed sampling periods,thus enabling synchronous and timed current sampling control for permanent magnet synchronous motors.Finally,experiments were conducted on an actual permanent magnet traction control platform to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
