高校基金会投资工作比较分析与规划建议

Comparative Analysis and Planning Suggestions for Investment Work of University Foundations

投资工作是高校基金会的基本职能,也是高校打造高水平师资队伍、优化学科专业和人才培养布局的重要保障。近年来,在校友及社会友人的大力支持下,国内高校基金会规模逐年攀升,投资体系及管理制度日益完善,发展势头越发强劲。该文通过对国内外高校基金会投资工作的全面调查研究,比较分析了高校基金会的投资现状,并根据研究结果为我国高校基金会投资工作的开展提出了相应参考建议。

Investment work is not only a fundamental function of university foundations,but also an important guarantee for universities to build high-level faculty teams,optimize disciplines and cultivate students.In recent years,with the strong support of alumni and social friends,the domestic university foundations have made significant progress,including the scale of asset,investment capacity and management system.This paper conducts an investigation and comparative analysis on investment work of university foundations in China and foreign countries,and proposes corresponding suggestions based on research results.
