“医-教-育”融合模式的构建和探索——以柳州市妇幼保健院为例

摘要 近几年,我国托育服务行业迅猛发展,市场上以民营托育机构为主,部分机构从业人员缺乏医学背景。医育结合模式可借助医疗机构的强大医学专业背景弥补这一短板,但没办法从源头上解决问题。托育机构从业人才培养方面的问题离不开教育,目前却鲜有将医疗、教育和托育机构三者相结合的经验。在这样的背景下,如何将三者融合具有重要的参考意义。该文将以柳州市妇幼保健院为例,分享“医—教—育”融合模式的构建和探索经验。 In recent years,the childcare service industry in China has developed rapidly,with private childcare institutions being the main market players and practitioners lacking medical background.The“medicine-care integration”model can compensate for this weakness by leveraging the strong medical professional background of medical institutions,but it cannot solve the problem from the source.The issue of cultivating professionals in childcare institutions cannot be separated from education,but currently there is little experience in combining medical care,education,and childcare institutions.In this context,how to integrate the three has important reference significance.This article will take Liuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital as an example to share the construction and exploration experience of a“medicine-education-care integration”model.
