铜仁学院一流本科教育建设背景下“管理学原理”教学改革路径研究

Research on the Teaching Reform Path of Principles of Management under the Background of the Construction of First-class Undergraduate Education in Tongren University

一流本科教育是高等教育的立命之本、发展之本,课程建设则是培养一流人才的基石。“管理学原理”作为经管类专业的必修课程,其教学改革成效对于培养一流人才意义重大。为此该文针对铜仁学院“管理学原理”课程教学基本情况、存在问题及其原因进行梳理,从教学目标、教学任务、教学内容、教学评价、教学方式五个方面回答了一流本科教育背景下教什么、怎么教,并有针对性地提出促进课程教学改革的路径。这不仅为铜仁学院一流本科教育建设注入新的发展力量,也为其他地方应用型本科院校“管理学原理”的教学改革带来启示。

First-class undergraduate education is the foundation of higher education as well as its development,and curriculum construction is the cornerstone of cultivating first-class talents.Principles of Management,as a compulsory course for economics and management majors,the effectiveness of its teaching reform is of great significance to the cultivation of first-class talents.For this reason,Tongren university has sorted out the basic situation of teaching Principles of Management,existing problems and their reasons,and answered what and how to teach in the context of first-class undergraduate education in five aspects,such as teaching objectives,teaching tasks,teaching content,teaching evaluation,teaching methods,etc.,and put forward the path to promote the teaching reform of the course.This not only injects new development power for the construction of first-class undergraduate education in Tongren university,but also brings inspiration for the teaching reform of Principles of Management in other local applied undergraduate colleges and universities.
