高职教育现代化建设的困境及对策研究——以常州高职院校为例

Research on the Difficulties and Countermeasures of Modernization in Higher Vocational Education:Taking a Higher Vocational College in Changzhou as an Example

职业教育是我国教育体系中的类型教育,是人才培养体系中的重要组成部分,肩负着传承工匠精神、促进国民综合发展的职责。高职教育作为职业教育承上启下的重要一环,是中职教育的延伸,是国家生产和国民生活质量的基础保障,更是推动就业、稳定发展的前沿阵地。党的二十大报告指出:“高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。”文中以笔者所在的常州高职院校为例,通过对高职教育现代化的意义进行研究,挖掘时代特征、总结发展之困、提出改革举措,通过建设具有中国特色、以人为本、开放包容、世界一流的高职教育体系加速中国式现代化进程。

Vocational education is a type of education in China’s education system and an important component of the talent cultivation system.It shoulders the responsibility of inheriting the spirit of craftsmanship and promoting comprehensive national development.Higher vocational education,as an important link connecting vocational education,is an extension of secondary vocational education,a fundamental guarantee for national production and quality of life,and a forefront in promoting employment and stable development.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that“high-quality development is the primary task of comprehensively building a socialist modernized country.”Taking a higher vocational college in Changzhou where the author works as an example,this paper explores the characteristics of the times,summarizes the difficulties of development,proposes reform measures,and accelerates the process of Chinese path to modernization by building a world-class higher vocational education system with Chinese characteristics,people-oriented,open and inclusive.
