含硫化氢油井高效治理技术研究及应用

摘要 针对三嗪脱硫剂在含硫化氢油井治理过程中存在硫容低、耐温性能差、易结垢等问题,研发了新型高效脱硫剂-DS脱硫剂体系。与三嗪脱硫剂相比,具有硫容高、耐温性好、不结垢等优势,同时可降低硫化氢治理成本约30%。为保证脱硫剂的应用效果,针对不同油井工况研发了套管滴加、井底注入等4种硫化氢治理工艺,其中研制的高含硫化氢油井井口催化氧化脱硫装置的脱硫率达95%以上。截至目前,硫化氢高效治理技术已应用超800井次,井口硫化氢含量可降至20 mg/m^(3)以下,为油田安全绿色生产提供了有力保障。 In view of the problems such as low sulfur capacity,poor temperature resistance and easy scaling of triazine desulfurizer in the treatment process of oil Wells containing hydrogen sulfide,a new efficient DS desulfurizer system was developed.Compared with triazine desulfurizer,it had the advantages of high sulfur capacity,good temperature resistance,no scaling and so on,and can reduce the cost of hydrogen sulfide treatment by about 30%.In order to ensure the application effect of desulfurizer,four kinds of hydrogen sulfide treatment technology,such as casing drip adding and bottom hole injection,have been developed according to different working conditions of oil Wells.The desulfurization rate of the catalytic oxidation desulfurization device developed for Wells with high hydrogen sulfide content reached more than 95%.Up to now,the efficient treatment technology of hydrogen sulfide has been applied to more than 800 Wells,and the hydrogen sulfide content at the wellhead can be reduced to less than 20 mg/m^(3),providing a strong guarantee for the safe and green production of the oilfield.
