摘要
为应对分布式能源的接入引起配电网运行复杂化的问题,本文提出考虑分布式能源接入的配电网的安全域刻画方法和相应的灵活性指标。根据分布式能源的历史数据,生成考虑分布式能源间相关性的场景样本,并采用无迭代的潮流计算方法快速筛选不安全场景,最终完成分布式能源注入安全域的刻画及灵活性指标的计算。在改进的IEEE123配电网算例中,对所提方法进行验证,结果表明,所提方法可有效计算配电网安全域和灵活性指标。
To deal with the problem that the operation of distribution network is complicated due to the access of distrib-uted resources,a security region description method for distribution network and the corresponding flexibility index are proposed considering the access of distributed resources.According to the historical data of distributed resources,the scenario samples considering the correlation between distributed sources are generated,and a non-iterative power flow calculation method is used to quickly screen the insecure scenarios.Finally,the description of the security region of dis-tributed resources injection and the calculation of flexibility index are completed.The proposed method is verified based on an example of modified IEEE 123-bus distribution network.The analysis results show that the proposed method can effectively calculate the security region and flexibility index of distribution network.
