“一带一路”建设背景下高职院校国际化人才培养路径研究

Research on the Path of Cultivating Internationalized Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of the Belt and Road Construction

人才是共建“一带一路”的基础和重要支撑,尤其是各类高素质国际化人才。高职院校作为教育体系中人才培养的重要组成部分,理应承担起使命任务,为“一带一路”建设培养具有宽广国际视野、深厚家国情怀、良好外语能力的国际化人才。然而,当前许多高职院校国际化人才培养仍面临着办学实力不强、师资队伍建设滞后、产教融合不深等诸多制约因素。为实现国际化人才培养目标,高职院校应从加强国际化人才培养顶层设计、深化国际化专业建设、打造老中青阶梯式国际化师资队伍、强化国际化产教融合等方面着力,实现学校高质量发展,为“一带一路”建设高质量推进提供强有力的人才支撑。

Talents are the foundation and important support for the construction of the Belt and Road,especially all kinds of high-quality internationalized talents.As an important part of talent cultivation in the education system,higher vocational colleges should take up the mission to cultivate internationalized talents with a broad international vision,profound national sentiment and good foreign language ability for the construction of the Belt and Road.However,the cultivation of internationalized talents in many higher vocational colleges is still facing many constraints,such as weak school running strength,lagging behind in the construction of teaching staff,and lack of deep integration between industry and education.To realize the goal of international talent cultivation,higher vocational colleges should focus on strengthening the top-level design of international talent cultivation,deepening the construction of internationalization majors,building a tiered international teaching team for the elderly,middle-aged and the young,and reinforcing the integration of internationalization industry and education,to realize the high-quality development of the school,and to provide powerful talents for the high-quality advancement of the construction of the Belt and Road.
