替米沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Telmisartan Combined with Amlodipine Besylate in Treatment of Senile Hypertension

目的:探讨替米沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月-2023年2月庆阳市环县城关社区卫生服务中心收治的120例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例,对照组给予替米沙坦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片。比较两组血压、同型半胱氨酸水平、治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组收缩压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、4、8周后,两组收缩压低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、4、8周后,两组舒张压低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组同型半胱氨酸水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、4、8周后,两组同型半胱氨酸水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:替米沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年高血压的临床效果良好,可降低血压、同型半胱氨酸水平。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of telmisartan combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods:A total of 120 elderly patients with hypertension who received treatment in Qingyang City Huanxian Chengguan Community Health Service Center from January 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with telmisartan and the observation group was treated with amlodipine besylate tablet on the basis of control group.Blood pressure,homocysteine level and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 week,4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the systolic blood pressure in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the systolic blood pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 week,4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the diastolic blood pressure in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the diastolic blood pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in homocysteine levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 week,4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment,the homocysteine levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Telmisartan combined with amlodipine besylate has good clinical effect in the treatment of senile hypertension,and can reduce blood pressure and homocysteine levels.
