静脉溶栓前后应用瑞舒伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Rosuvastatin in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction Before and After Intravenous Thrombolysis

目的:探讨静脉溶栓前后应用瑞舒伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2022年12月赤壁市蒲纺医院收治的急性脑梗死患者70例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各35例。研究组于静脉溶栓治疗前给予瑞舒伐他汀,对照组于静脉溶栓治疗后给予瑞舒伐他汀。比较两组神经功能、颅内出血复发情况。结果:治疗前,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组颅脑出血复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.032)。结论:静脉溶栓前应用瑞舒伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死,可改善患者神经功能,降低颅脑出血风险。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of rosuvastatin in treatment of acute cerebral infarction before and after intravenous thrombolysis.Methods:A total of 70 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Chibi Pufang Hospital from September 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The study group was treated with rosuvastatin before intravenous thrombolysis and the control group was treated with rosuvastatin after intravenous thrombolysis.The neurological function and recurrence of intracranial hemorrhage were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in the two group were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of intracranial hemorrhage in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.032).Conclusion:The use of rosuvastatin before intravenous thrombolysis in treatment of acute cerebral infarction can improve neurological function of patients and reduce the risk of intracranial hemorrhage.
