放松训练联合心理护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Relaxation Training Combined with Psychological Nursing in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:探讨放松训练联合心理护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年10月徐州市民政精神病医院收治的56例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为两组,各28例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施放松训练联合心理护理。比较两组心理状态、自我感受负担、睡眠质量、护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组HAMD、HAMA、SPBS评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能障碍评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能障碍评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。结论:放松训练联合心理护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果显著,能够改善患者心理状态,减轻心理负担,提高睡眠质量及护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of relaxation training combined with psychological nursing in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 56 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Xuzhou Civil Affairs Psychiatric Hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received relaxation training combined with psychological nursing.The psychological state,sleep state and satisfaction with nursing in the two groups were compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)and Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of HAMD,HAMA and SPBS in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in sleep quality,asleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,hypnotic drugs,and daytime dysfunction scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the sleep quality,asleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,hypnotic drugs,and daytime dysfunction scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the scores in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).Conclusion:The application effect of relaxation training combined with psychological nursing is significant in patients with schizophreniacan,and can improve their psychological state of patients,alleviate mental burden,enhance sleep quality and satisfaction with nursing.
