护理风险管理在急性脑梗死血管介入术患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Nursing Risk Management in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction Undergoing Vascular Intervention Surgery

目的:分析护理风险管理在急性脑梗死血管介入术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月-2023年12月于岳阳市中心医院行血管介入术的急性脑梗死患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各40例。参照组实施常规护理,试验组实施护理风险管理。比较两组护理质量评分、护理风险事件发生情况、并发症发生情况。结果:护理前,两组服务态度、沟通能力、操作技能、专业水平评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组服务态度、沟通能力、操作技能、专业水平评分高于护理前,且试验组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理风险事件总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。试验组并发症总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012)。结论:护理风险管理在急性脑梗死血管介入术患者中的应用效果显著,能够提高护理质量,减少护理不良事件,患者并发症发生率低,值得临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of nursing risk management in patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing vascular intervention surgery.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction who underwent vascular intervention surgery in Yueyang Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The reference group implemented routine nursing,and the experimental group implemented nursing risk management.The nursing quality scores,the occurrence of nursing risk events and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of service attitude,communication ability,operation skills and professional level between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of service attitude,communication ability,operation skills and professional level in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing risk events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.012).Conclusion:The application of nursing risk management in patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing vascular intervention surgery has a significant effect,which can improve the quality of nursing,reduce nursing adverse events,and have a low incidence of complications in patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
