艾灸联合大黄、芒硝腹部外敷在老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后便秘患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Moxibustion Combined with Rhubarb and Mirabilite External Application on Abdomen in Elderly Patients with Constipation After Surgery of Intertrochanteric Fractures of Femur

目的:探讨艾灸联合大黄、芒硝腹部外敷在老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后便秘患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年5月-2023年4月常熟市中医院收治的60例老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后便秘患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理、艾灸,研究组在对照组基础上实施大黄、芒硝腹部外敷。比较两组临床效果、护理满意度、便秘症状积分。结果:研究组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.019)。研究组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.011)。护理前,两组腹胀、排便频率、粪便性状、排便困难积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组腹胀、排便频率、粪便性状、排便困难积分低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸联合大黄、芒硝腹部外敷在老年股骨粗隆间骨折术后便秘患者中的应用效果确切,可改善患者便秘症状,促进患者康复,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of moxibustion combined with rhubarb and mirabilite external application on abdomen in elderly patients with constipation after surgery of intertrochanteric fractures of femur.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients with constipation after surgery of intertrochanteric fractures of femur admitted to Changshu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing and moxibustion,and the study group received rhubarb and mirabilite external application on abdomen on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,nursing satisfaction,and constipation symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.019).The total satisfaction with nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.011).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of abdominal distention,defecation frequency,stool consistency,and difficult defecation between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of abdominal distention,defecation frequency,stool consistency,and difficult defecation in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of moxibustion combined with rhubarb and mirabilite external application on abdomen in elderly patients with constipation after surgery of intertrochanteric fractures of femur is significant,which can improve the symptoms of constipation,promote the recovery of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.
