桂枝汤加化燥药加减治疗口腔黏膜病的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Guizhi Decoction Plus Eliminating Dryness Medicine Modification in Treating Oral Mucosal Diseases

目的:分析桂枝汤加化燥药加减治疗口腔黏膜病的效果。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年7月成都市青羊区新华少城社区卫生服务中心收治的口腔黏膜病患者93例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=45)、观察组(n=48)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用桂枝汤加化燥药加减治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.032)。结论:桂枝汤加化燥药加减治疗口腔黏膜病的效果显著,可缓解患者临床症状,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Guizhi Decoction plus eliminating dryness medicine modification in treating oral mucosal diseases.Methods:A total of 93 patients with oral mucosal diseases treated at Chengdu City Qingyang District Xinhua Shaocheng Community Health Service Center from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=48).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Guizhi Decoction plus eliminating dryness medicine modification.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.032).Conclusion:Guizhi Decoction plus eliminating dryness medicine modification has significant effects in the treatment of oral mucosal diseases,and can alleviate clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
