益气通经方、针灸联合常规康复治疗在脊髓损伤患者康复治疗中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Yiqi Tongjing Recipe,Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Conventional Rehabilitation Therapy in Rehabilitation Treatment of Spinal Cord Injury Patients

目的:分析益气通经方、针灸联合常规康复治疗在脊髓损伤患者康复治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年5月沂南县人民医院收治的脊髓损伤患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组接受常规康复治疗,观察组在常规康复治疗基础上接受益气通经方联合针灸治疗。比较两组康复治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组Barthel指数、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组Barthel指数评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组NIHSS评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组社会能力、生理功能、躯体疼痛、健康状况、精神健康评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组社会能力、生理功能、躯体疼痛、健康状况、精神健康评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.045)。结论:益气通经方、针灸联合常规康复治疗在脊髓损伤患者康复治疗中的应用效果显著,可改善患者活动能力、神经功能,提高生活质量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of Yiqi Tongjing Recipe,acupuncture and moxibustion combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy in the rehabilitation treatment of patients with spinal cord injury.Methods:A total of 80 pa-tients with spinal cord injury admitted to People's Hospital of Yinan from February 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group re-ceived conventional rehabilitation therapy,and the observation group received Yiqi Tongjing Recipe combined with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on the basis of conventional rehabilitation therapy.The effect of rehabilitation treatment was compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in Barthel index and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores(P>0.05).After treatment,the Barthel index score in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the NIHSS score in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of social ability,physiological function,physical pain,health status and mental health between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of social ability,physiological function,physical pain,health status and mental health in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.045).Conclusion:The application of Yiqi Tongjing Recipe,acupuncture and moxibustion combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy in the rehabilitation treat-ment of patients with spinal cord injury has a significant effect,which can ameliorate the movement activity and neurological func-tion of patients,improve the quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
