临床护理路径在内镜下胃息肉切除术患者护理中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Nursing of Patients Undergoing Endoscopic Gastric Polypectomy

目的:分析临床护理路径在内镜下胃息肉切除术患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年4月徐州医科大学附属第三医院收治的60例胃息肉患者作为研究对象,随机分为路径组与常规组,各30例。常规组接受常规护理,路径组接受临床护理路径干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组自我感受负担、心境状态评分低于护理前,且路径组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。路径组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间早于常规组,住院时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。路径组术后并发症总发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.038)。结论:临床护理路径在内镜下胃息肉切除术患者护理中的应用效果显著,可降低患者自我感受负担,改善其心境状态,促进术后恢复进程,减少术后并发症。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in nursing of patients undergoing endoscopic gastric polypectomy.Methods:From January 2021 to April 2023,60 patients with gastric polyps admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a pathway group and a routine group with 30 cases in each group.The routine group received routine nursing,while the pathway group received clinical nursing pathway interventions.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of self-perceived burden and mood state in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the scores in the pathway group were lower than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bowel sound recovery time,first exhaust time and first defecation time in the pathway group were earlier than those in the routine group,and the hospital stay in the pathway group was shorter than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the pathway group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.038).Conclusion:The clinical nursing pathway has a significant application effect in the nursing of patients undergoing endoscopic gastric polypectomy,and can reduce the self-perceived burden of patients,improve their mood state,promote the postoperative recovery process,and reduce postoperative complications.
