全程护理在儿童预防接种中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Whole-Process Nursing in Pediatric Vaccination

目的:分析全程护理在儿童预防接种中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年10月于济南市济阳区崔寨街道办事处社区卫生服务中心进行预防接种的儿童150例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施全程护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组预防接种总依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.028)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.042)。观察组积极配合、无哭闹躁动、接种顺利完成评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.016)。结论:全程护理在儿童预防接种中的应用效果显著,可提高儿童接种依从性,改善儿童预防接种表现,减少不良反应,提高家属护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of whole-process nursing in pediatric vaccination.Methods:A total of 150 children who received vaccination in the Community Health Service Center of Cuizhai Sub-district Office in Jiyang District of Jinan City from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received whole-process nursing.The nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results:The total compliance of vaccination in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.028).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.042).The scores of active cooperation,no crying and restlessness,and successful vaccination completion in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of family members with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.016).Conclusion:The whole-process nursing has significant application effect in pediatric vaccination,and can increase the vaccination compliance of children,ameliorate the vaccination manifestation of children,reduce the adverse reactions,and increase the satisfaction of family members with nursing.
