急救综合护理在重症肺炎患儿中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Emergency Comprehensive Nursing in Children with Severe Pneumonia

目的:分析急救综合护理在重症肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年3月泰安市妇幼保健院急诊科收治的重症肺炎患儿94例,随机分为两组,各47例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施急救综合护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量、呼气峰值流速高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,两组动脉血氧分压、经皮动脉血氧饱和度高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,两组动脉血二氧化碳分压低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组气促、咳嗽、咳痰、高热、肺啰音持续时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:急救综合护理在重症肺炎患儿中的应用效果显著,可改善患儿肺功能、血气分析指标,快速缓解患儿症状,促进患儿康复。

Objective:To analyze application effect of emergency comprehensive nursing in children with severe pneumonia.Meth-ods:A total of 94 children with severe pneumonia admitted to Emergency Department of Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given emergency comprehensive nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the forced expiratory volume in 1 second,forced vital capacity,forced ex-piratory volume in 1 second/forced vital capacity,and peak expiratory flow in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,these indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen and percutaneous arterial oxygen saturation in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,these indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the ar-terial partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the two groups was lower than that before nursing,this indicator in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The duration of shortness of breath,cough,expectoration,high fever,pulmonary rales and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of emergency comprehensive nursing in children with severe pneumonia has a significant effect,which can improve the lung function and blood gas analysis indicators,quickly alleviate the symptoms of the children,and promote the recovery of the children.
