围术期护理在甲状腺肿瘤手术患者中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Perioperative Nursing in Patients with Thyroid Tumor Undergoing Operation

目的:分析围术期护理在甲状腺肿瘤手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年12月—2023年6月于锦州医科大学附属第一医院进行手术治疗的甲状腺肿瘤患者72例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各36例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施围术期护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.041)。护理后,两组心理功能、躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.045)。结论:围术期护理在甲状腺肿瘤手术患者中的应用效果显著,可减少并发症,缓解患者负性情绪,提高生活质量和护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of perioperative nursing in patients with thyroid tumor undergoing operation.Methods:A total of 72 patients with thyroid tumor who received surgical treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from December 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given perioperative nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.041).After nursing,the scores of psychological function,physical function,role function and social function in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.045).Conclusion:The application of perioperative nursing in patients with thyroid tumor undergoing operation has a significant effect,and can reduce complications,alleviate patients'negative emotions,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
