循证护理在结直肠癌患者围术期护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis on Application Effect of Evidence-Based Nursing in Perioperative Nursing of Colorectal Cancer Patients

目的:分析循证护理在结直肠癌患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年1月徐州市沛县人民医院收治的60例结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,采用单双数法随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施循证护理。比较两组心理状态、生活质量、术后恢复情况、护理满意度、并发症发生情况。结果:护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,两组生活质量评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组首次下床活动时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。结论:循证护理在结直肠癌患者围术期护理中的应用效果显著,可缓解患者负性情绪,促进患者康复,降低并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量和护理满意度,值得临床应用。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 60 patients admitted to Peixian People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Using single-even number method,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group implemented evidence-based nursing.The mental state,quality of life,postoperative recovery,nursing satisfaction,and complications were compared be-tween the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in anxiety,depression and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those be-fore nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the quality of life scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first ambulation time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,the length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).Conclusion:The application of evidence-based nursing in perioperative nursing of colorectal cancer patients has a remarkable effect,which can al-leviate patients'negative emotions,promote patients'recovery,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve patients'qual-ity of life and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
