规范化护理在2型糖尿病患者胰岛素泵治疗中的应用效果分析

Analysis on Application Effect of Standardized Nursing in Insulin Pump Treatment of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:分析规范化护理在2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者胰岛素泵治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年1月锦州医科大学附属第三医院收治的T2DM患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施规范化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组生活质量评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组饮食控制、坚持锻炼、遵医嘱用药、监测血糖、高血糖预防评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:规范化护理在T2DM患者胰岛素泵治疗中的应用效果显著,可降低患者血糖水平,提高患者生活质量和依从性。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of standardized nursing in insulin pump treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:Eighty patients with T2DM admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,while the observation group implemented standardized nursing on the basis of control group.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of diet control,persistent exercise,medication as per medical order,blood glucose monitoring,and hyperglycemia prevention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of standardized nursing in insulin pump treatment of patients with T2DM has a significant effect,which can reduce blood glucose levels of patients and improve the quality of life and compliance of patients.
