摘要
针对当前人们环保意识的增强以及对生物基代替化石燃料需求的增加,结合了醇酸树脂生物基含量高、空气氧化交联以及丙烯酸树脂干燥快、硬度高等优点的水性醇酸-丙烯酸杂化树脂已被广泛研究。为了给从事水性醇酸-丙烯酸杂化树脂开发的研究人员提供参考,文章介绍了国内外水性醇酸-丙烯酸杂化树脂制备方法,主要包括物理共混法、接枝共聚法和局部酯化缩聚法;同时评价了各种水性醇酸-丙烯酸杂化树脂的制备方法。最后就发展性价比高的水性醇酸-丙烯酸杂化树脂制备方法提出了建议,如可重点发展物理共混法制备醇酸二级分散体和丙烯酸一级分散体的杂化共混物以及溶液接枝共聚法制备丙烯酸接枝改性醇酸二级分散体。
Waterborne alkyd-acrylic hybrid resins that combine the benefits of alkyd resin’s high bio-based content,air-oxidation cross-linking and acrylic resin’s fast drying,high hardness.Along with the current increase in environmental awareness and the increasing demand for bio-based alternatives to fossil fuels,waterborne alkyd-acrylic hybrid resin had been widely investigated.In order to provide reference for researchers engaged in the development of waterborne alkyd-acrylic hybrid resin,the article introduced domestic and foreign methods for the preparation of waterborne alkyd-acrylic hybrid resin,which mainly included physical mixing method,graft co-polymerization method,and local condensation method.Meanwhile,the various methods mentioned above for the preparation of waterborne alkyd-acrylic hybrid resin were also evaluated.Finally,suggestions were put forward for the future development trend of waterborne alkyd-acrylic hybrid resin,such as physical blending method could be applied to prepare the hybrid blends of alkyd secondary dispersion and acrylic primary dispersions,as well as solution graft co-polymerization method could be used to prepare the acrylic graft-modified alkyd secondary dispersions.
