实践能力驱动下的工程硕士研究生培养模式研究

摘要 学术学位与专业学位研究生的分类培养是高等教育回应社会多元化需求的必然选择,有助于精准对接国家对不同类型高层次人才的需求,提升研究生教育的整体质量和效益。本文通过深入分析两类研究生培养在定位、内容、过程及评价等方面的差异,揭示培养过程中同质化问题产生的原因,提出以实践能力为核心,融合课程体系、实践教学及产、学、研协同的创新培养模式,以培育具备独立思考和解决实际问题能力的专业人才。为保障培养模式的顺利实施,构建涵盖立德树人、需求导向、开放办学、分类深化及质量监控等维度的工程硕士研究生培养路径。本文旨在为解决两类研究生培养模式的趋同现象提供新思路,为提升工程硕士研究生的实践能力提供参考。 The classification cultivation of academic and professional postgraduates is an inevitable choice for higher education to respond to the diversified needs of society.It helps to precisely meet the country’s demand for different types of high-level talents and improves the overall quality and efficiency of postgraduate education.Through indepth analysis of the differences between the two types of postgraduates in terms of positioning,content,process,and evaluation,the reasons for the homogenization problems in the cultivation process was revealed in this paper.An innovative cultivation model that focused on practical abilities and integrated the curriculum system,practical teaching,and collaboration among industry,academia,and research was proposed.This model aimed to cultivate professionals with independent thinking and problem-solving skills.To ensure the smooth implementation of the cultivation model,a cultivation pathway for Master of Engineering student was constructed,covering dimensions such as moral education,demand orientation,open schooling,classified deepening,and quality monitoring.It will provide the new ideas for addressing the convergence phenomenon of the cultivation models for the two types of postgraduates and the references for enhancing the practical abilities of Master of Engineering students.
