研究生分类培养模式下工程技术类研究生创新能力培养研究

摘要 随着时代的发展,研究生教育已经从以往的“统一要求”向“因材施教”转型。而对于工程技术类研究生而言,基于分类培养模式培养和提升研究生的创新能力,能够更好地实现个性化培养目标、提升研究生就业竞争力、促进产学研深度融合以及满足创新型国家建设需求。然而,分类培养模式下,工程技术类研究生教育仍存在培养目标模糊、教育内容与实践脱节、导师指导缺位、培养效率低下等问题,导致研究生培养质量不佳。因此,在厘清研究生创新能力内涵的基础上,需要进一步明确专业学位与学术学位研究生培养目标、调整教学内容、优化导师结构、建立健全淘汰机制,构建更加科学合理的研究生分类培养模式,不断提高研究生的培养质量和就业竞争力,进而满足现代社会发展对工科技术类专业应用型创新人才的需求。 With the development of the times,postgraduate education has been transformed from the previous“unified requirements”to“individualized teaching”.For engineering and technology postgraduate students,training and improving their innovation ability based on classified training mode can better achieve personalized training objectives,enhance the employment competitiveness of postgraduate students,promote the deep integration of industry,university and research,and meet the needs of building an innovative-oriented country.However,under the classified training mode,there are still some problems such as fuzzy training objectives,disconnection between education contents and practices,absence of tutors,and low training efficiency,which lead to poor quality of postgraduate education.Therefore,based on clarifying the connotation of postgraduate innovation ability,it is necessary to further clarify the training objectives of professional and academic postgraduate students,adjust the teaching contents,optimize the structure of tutors,establish and improve the elimination mechanism,build a more scientific and reasonable classified training model for postgraduate students,and constantly improve the training quality and employment competitiveness of postgraduate students.Thus,it can meet the demand for applied innovative talents for engineering and technology majors in modern society.
