摘要
当前,我国的研究生培养已经走上了“从有到优,从优到精,类型结构与培养质量同步提升”的道路,但是学术学位研究生与专业学位研究生同质化发展的现象依然存在,现有专业学位研究生课程体系存在无法适应分类培养要求、不能充分对接拔尖创新人才培养需求、教学方法创新不足等问题,深入推进研究生分类培养已成为建设教育强国的必然要求。本文以“有机光电材料与器件”课程为例,通过“专创融合,课创融汇”的课程改革探索,并采用五步实践教学模型及“微项目”教学法,旨在加强专业学位研究生理论知识与实践技能的整合。此外,通过校企合作和产教融合,为研究生提供了深入行业前沿技术和参与实际项目的机会,有效提升其双创实践能力。这种课程改革为专业教育与产教融合的深度结合提供了有益探索,对于满足高新技术产业对高素质双创人才的需求具有重要意义。
At present,China’s graduate training has embarked on the road of“from good to excellent,from excellent to fine,type structure and training quality synchronous improvement”,but the phenomenon of homogenization of academic degree and professional degree graduate students still exists.The existing professional degree postgraduate curriculum system has some problems,such as failing to meet the requirements of classified training,failing to fully connect with the training needs of innovative talents,and insufficient innovation in teaching methods.In this paper,taking the course of“organic optoelectronic materials and devices”as an example,through the exploration of“integration of specialization and innovation,integration of curriculum and innovation”curriculum reform,and the five-step practical teaching model and“micro-project”teaching method were adopted,aiming to strengthen the integration of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of professional degree postgraduates.In addition,through school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education,it provided opportunities for postgraduates to penetrate into the cutting-edge technologies of the industry and participate in practical projects,effectively improving their practical ability of double innovation.This kind of curriculum reform provides a beneficial exploration for the deep combination of professional education and the integration of industry and education,and is of great significance to meet the demand of high-tech industries for high-quality mass innovation talents.
