案例教学法在精神科临床教学中的应用评价

摘要 目的探讨案例教学法在精神科临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取2020年8月—2022年8月于广东省精神卫生中心实习的39名实习医生,随机分为对照组(n=20)和研究组(n=19)。对照组行常规带教,研究组在对照组的基础上增加案例教学法。比较2组实习医生的成绩通过率、各项考核成绩、学习满意度及对案例教学法的态度。结果研究组优秀实习医生占比为63.16%,高于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习医生岗前教育[(89.91±4.12)分]、理论知识[(88.27±3.49)分]、病情观察[(91.23±5.21)分]、患者安全[(89.95±4.33)分]、团队协作[(90.24±4.58)分]、思维拓展[(88.51±4.58)分]、潜力开发[(87.84±5.02)分]等维度的考核成绩均高于对照组[(75.22±3.62)分、(76.38±4.55)分、(76.85±4.96)分、(74.62±4.69)分、(79.94±3.22)分、(76.62±4.51)分、(79.95±3.22)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组实习医生的学习总满意度为100%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习医生对案例教学法持肯定态度的人数占比较高。结论案例教学法在精神科临床教学中有较大应用价值,可有效提高实习医生的成绩通过率和考核成绩,增加学习满意度。此外,研究组实习医生对案例教学法持积极态度,提示案例教学法未来仍有较大应用空间。 Objective To explore the application value of case-based learning teaching method in clinical teaching of the department of psychiatry.Methods A total of 39 interns who interned at Guangdong Mental Health Center from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=20)and the study group(n=19).The control group received routine teaching,while the study group added case-based learning teaching method on the basis of the control group.The passing rate,various assessment scores,learning satisfaction,and the attitude of the study group's interns towards case-based learning method between the two groups of interns were compared.Results The proportion of excellent interns in the study group was 63.16%,which was higher than 30.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The assessment scores of dimensions such as pre-service education[(89.91±4.12)points],theoretical knowledge[(88.27±3.49)points],disease observation[(91.23±5.21)points],patient safety[(89.95±4.33)points],team collaboration[(90.24±4.58)points],thinking expansion[(88.51±4.58)points],and potential development[(87.84±5.02)points]of interns in the study group were higher than those of interns in the control group[(75.22±3.62)points,(76.38±4.55)points,(76.85±4.96)points,(74.62±4.69)points,(79.94±3.22)points,(76.62±4.51)points,(79.95±3.22)points,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The overall satisfaction rate of interns in the study group was 100%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of interns in the research group who held a positive attitude towards case-based teaching method was relatively higher.Conclusion The case-based learning teaching method has great application value in clinical teaching of the department of psychiatry,which can effectively improve the passing rate and assessment results of interns,and increase learning satisfaction.In addition,the intern doctors in the study group hold a positive attitude towards the case-based learning method,indicating that there is still significant application room in the future.
