摘要
目的探讨健康中国背景下泌尿护理理论教学中融入人文教育的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年1月某校护理专业的101名毕业生作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)与研究组(n=51)。对照组采用常规教课的方式,研究组采用泌尿护理理论教学中融入人文教育的方式。比较两组护生的教学成绩、人文关怀品质、教学满意度。结果研究组的理论成绩[(95.23±3.78)分]、操作成绩[(85.98±5.67)分]高于对照组[(75.67±2.98)分、(70.37±4.56)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组人文关怀品质方面的关怀理念[(22.98±4.22)分]、关怀知识[(23.12±4.78)分]、关怀能力[(23.31±2.67)分]、关怀感知得分[(22.15±3.36)分]及总分[(95.98±9.67)分]高于对照组[(18.42±2.78)分、(18.77±2.11)分、(18.94±2.31)分、(18.67±1.98)分、(73.37±10.55)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组教学满意度方面的教学内容[(22.98±4.22)分]、教学表现[(23.12±4.78)分]、教学方法[(23.31±2.67)分]、教学环境得分[(22.15±3.36)分]高于对照组[(18.42±2.78)分、(18.77±2.11)分、(18.94±2.31)分、(18.67±1.98)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在健康中国背景下,将人文教育有效融入泌尿护理理论教学中具有积极意义,其能够提升学生理论考试成绩、操作技能成绩,增强人文关怀品质,且学生对教学更加满意。
Objective To explore the application value of humanistic education in the teaching of urological nursing theory under the background of healthy China.Methods A total of 101 nursing graduates from a certain school from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(n=50)and the study group(n=51)using a random number table method.The control group received conventional teaching methods,while the research group received humanistic education in the teaching of urological nursing theory.The teaching performance,humanistic care quality,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students were compared.Results The teaching content[(22.98±4.22)points],teaching performance[(23.12±4.78)points],teaching methods[(23.31±2.67)points],and teaching environment scores[(22.15±3.36)points]of the research group were higher than those of the control group[(18.42±2.78)points,(18.77±2.11)points,(18.94±2.31)points,and(18.67±1.98)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The theoretical score[(95.23±3.78)points]and the operational score[(85.98±5.67)points]of the research group were higher than those of the control group[(75.67±2.98)points and(70.37±4.56)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The teaching satisfaction degrees such as teaching content[22.98±4.22)points],teaching performance[(23.12±4.78)points],teaching methods[(23.31±2.67)points],and teaching environment scores[(22.15±3.36)points]of the research group were higher than those of the control group[(18.42±2.78)points,(18.77±2.11)points,(18.94±2.31)points,and(18.67±1.98)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion In the background of healthy China,effectively integrating humanistic education into the teaching of urinary nursing theory has positive significance.It can improve students'theoretical exam scores and operational skills,enhance the quality of humanistic care,and make students more satisfied with teaching.
