数字化3D心脏模型在新生儿先天性心脏病教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨数字化3D心脏教学模型在新生儿先天性心脏病教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1—12月重庆医科大学2016级儿科学本科阶段的208名学生为研究对象,随机分为传统教学组和数字化3D心脏模型教学组(以下简称3D模型组)。传统教学组进行常规理论教学,辅以2D心脏图谱进行讲解。3D模型组在常规理论教学的同时,使用数字化3D心脏模型进行讲解。比较2组学生授课前后理论考核成绩、基础知识与病例分析成绩、对教学的满意度。结果授课后,3D模型组的理论成绩[(94.32±5.52)分]高于传统教学组[(88.54±5.87)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。3D模型组的基础知识提升分值[(5.34±1.45)分]与病例分析成绩提升分值[(3.60±1.09)分]高于传统教学组[(12.09±7.75)分、(8.70±6.54)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。3D模型组的教学内容、教学方法、教学效果评分均高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字化3D心脏模型教学可以提高学生对于先天性心脏病知识的理解,同时能够提高学生对教学的满意度。 Objective To investigate the application effect of digital 3D heart model in teaching congenital heart disease in newborns.Methods A total of 208 undergraduate students in the field of pediatrics from Chongqing Medical University in grade 2016 from January to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the traditional teaching group and the digital 3D heart model teaching group(hereinafter referred to as the 3D model group).The traditional teaching group conducted routine theoretical teaching,supplemented by 2D heart atlas explanations.The 3D model group used digital 3D heart models to explain while conducting regular theoretical teaching.The theoretical assessment scores,basic knowledge and case analysis scores,and satisfaction with teaching between two groups of students before and after teaching were compared.Results After teaching,the theoretical score of the 3D model group[(94.32±5.52)points]was higher than that of the traditional teaching group[(88.54±5.87)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The improvement scores of basic knowledge score[(5.34±1.45)points]and case analysis score[3.60±1.09)points]of the 3D model group were higher than those of the traditional teaching group[(12.09±7.75)points and(8.70±6.54)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching effectiveness scores of the 3D model group were higher than those of the traditional teaching group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching of digital 3D heart models can improve students'understanding of congenital heart disease knowledge and improve their satisfaction with teaching.
