摘要
2023年2月美国俄亥俄州发生氯乙烯泄漏事故,造成约300 t氯乙烯泄漏,当地应急部门采取“受控燃烧”操作,将罐装的氯乙烯释放到事先挖好的坑道中并点燃,试图阻止这种有毒气体被释放到大气中。理论上氯乙烯泄漏还有反应处理、倒灌处理、直接排放等方法,从可操作性、经济成本、危害等方面综合考虑,研究讨论几种处理方法的可行性,为氯乙烯泄漏事故处置提供参考。
In February 2023,a vinyl chloride leak occurred in Ohio,USA,causing approximately 300 tons of vinyl chloride to leak.The local emergency department implemented a"controlled combustion"operation,releasing canned vinyl chloride into pre dug tunnels and igniting them in an attempt to prevent the toxic gas from being released into the atmosphere.In theory,there are also reaction treatment,backflow treatment,direct discharge and other methods for vinyl chloride leakage.Taking into account operability,economic cost,hazards and other aspects,the feasibility of several treatment methods is studied and discussed to provide reference for the disposal of vinyl chloride leakage accidents.
