摘要
质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)可用于汽车发动机、固定或便携式电源的新能源转换装置等,具有高效、无污染、启动速度快等优点。Pt基催化剂是氧还原反应(ORR)中有效的催化剂,但Pt的资源有限、价格昂贵、负载量高,限制了PEMFC的大规模应用。对Pt基催化剂在催化过程中通过更改催化剂成分和载体特性以达到更好的催化效果进行综述。这些方法在降低Pt含量的同时,可提高催化剂的活性,使Pt基催化剂廉价且稳定。
Proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFC)can be used in vehicle engines,new energy conversion devices with fixed or portable power sources,etc.It has the advantages of high efficiency,no pollution and fast start-up speed.Pt-based catalyst is an effective catalyst for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).However,the limited resources,high price and high loading of Pt limit the large-scale application of PEMFC.The Pt-based catalyst in the catalytic process by changing the catalyst composition and carrier characteristics to achieve better catalytic effect is reviewed.These methods can improve the activity of the catalyst while reducing the Pt content,making the Pt-based catalyst cheap and stable.
