高校网络安全实战型人才培养的实践与探索

Practice and Exploration on Training Practical Talents of Network Security in Colleges and Universities

网络安全关乎国家安全,当前网络空间对抗形势日趋严峻,亟须大力培养大量优秀的网络安全实战型人才。高校作为人才培养的基地,更要成为人才培养的高地,迫切需要创新网络安全人才培养模式,培养一批实战能力强劲的网络安全专业人才,作为守护网络安全的核心力量。本文针对“培养什么样的人、如何培养人、为谁培养人”的核心问题,结合国家安全战略和网络安全产业现状需求,从师资队伍、课程体系及产教融合等角度展开分析,并从网络安全特色学科、课程教材建设、培养模式创新等方面探讨了在实战型人才培养方面的实践工作,为我国高校网络安全人才的培养提供借鉴与参考。

Cybersecurity is an integral part of national security.Since the cyberspace confrontation becomes increasingly intense,there is an urgent need to cultivate a large number of excellent cybersecurity practical talents.The university is not only a base but also a high ground for cultivating talents.To cultivate a large number of cybersecurity talents with strong practical ability,there is an urgent need to innovate the cultivation model.Those cultivated talents will become the core power of safeguarding cybersecurity.This paper focuses on three central problems:what kind of talents do we cultivate,how to cultivate talents,and who are our talents cultivated for.Combining the current needs of the network security industry and the national security strategy,we analyze these three problems from three perspectives:the faculty team,the curriculum system,and the integration between education and industry.We also discuss the practical work of the cybersecurity practical talent cultivation from the cybersecurity-oriented subject,the development of curricula and textbooks,and the cultivation model,which provides a reference for the cultivation of cybersecurity talents in our universities.
