攻防兼备网络空间安全实战化人才培养体系建设

Establishment of a Practical-oriented Talent Training System for Cyberspace Security with both Defense and Attack Capabilities

网络空间安全已经成为国家安全的战略高地,国家的网络安全事业急需大量具有深厚专业知识背景的拔尖创新人才,但我国目前每年培养的网络安全领域高层次人才数量偏少,还远远满足不了数字经济时代对安全领域高层次人才的迫切需求。同时,网络空间安全相关专业是具有显著攻防对抗特色的专业,对从业人员的实战技能具有较高的要求,如何从攻防兼备的角度,加强实战化网络安全人才培养质量和培养体系建设是目前高等院校面临的新课题。本文分析了国内外网络空间安全人才培养现状,分析了北京邮电大学的“攻防兼备”网络空间安全人才培养体系建设方案,并给出了进一步加强实战化人才培养的重要途径建议。

Cyberspace security has become a strategic high ground of national security.The country’s cybersecurity industry urgently needs a large number of top-notch innovative talents with profound professional knowledge background.However,the number of high-level talents in the field of cybersecurity cultivated in China each year is relatively small,which is far from meeting the urgent demand for high-level talents in the security field in the digital economy era..At the same time,against the backdrop of increasingly complex international situations and surging undercurrents in cyberspace,practical talents are crucial,and the training of practical cybersecurity talents is increasingly valued.In cyber defense and attack confrontation,the level of practical innovation is the best standard to test the ability of cybersecurity professionals.This article analyzes the current situation of cyberspace security talent training at home and abroad,analyzes the construction plan of the“both defense and attack capabilities”cyberspace security talent training system at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications,and proposes important ways to further strengthen the cultivation of practical talents.
