摘要
习近平总书记在网络安全与信息化工作座谈会上指出“网络空间的竞争,归根结底是人才竞争”。虽然我国在网络空间安全人才培养方面积累了一定的经验,但从总体上看,传统人才培养模式不再适应高水平网络空间安全人才培养。北京航空航天大学网络空间安全学院围绕网络空间安全卓越工程师培养目标,以一流网络安全学院建设示范项目为依托,坚持以“面向国家需求、加强产教融合、强化综合能力”为人才培养理念,创新了网络空间安全卓越工程师培养机制,建成了面向卓越工程师实战能力培养的新范式,探索了网络空间安全卓越工程师双创能力培养模式,建立了网络空间安全卓越工程师培养质量保障体系,取得了显著的卓越工程师人才培养和推广应用成效。
General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the symposium on network security and informatization that"competition in cyberspace is the competition for talents".Although China has accumulated some experience in cyberspace security education,the traditional education model is not suitable for the cultivation of high-level cyberspace security talents.Focusing on the elite engineer education in cyber science and technology,the School of Cyber Science and Technology at Beihang University,with the aid of the superior cyber science and technology school construction plan,adheres to the education concept of“facing the national needs,strengthening the integration of industry and education,and enhancing comprehensive capabilities”.It has innovated the educational mechanism,built a new paradigm for training the ability of elite engineers,explored the bi-creative ability training mode,established a quality assessment system,and achieved remarkable educational results.
