A Training System for Offensive and Defensive Capabilities that Combines Offense and Defense, Hierarchical Classification, and Practical Leadership

网络安全形势日益严峻,急需培养具有攻防实战能力的网络安全人才。西北工业大学网络空间安全学院面向“网络强国”建设与“网络空间安全战略”,探索建设网络安全人才攻防能力培养体系。提出“树立正确的网络安全观、掌握专业的攻防技能、具备攻防创新思维”的攻防能力培养目标;建立自省式思政育人模式,形成“警示、激励、自省”三管齐下的课程思政融入方法;以“攻防兼备、分层归类”为实践教学体系建设思路,设置“基础、对抗、创新”三个层次的技能训练系列课程,建立“看、练、战”三阶段进阶式的实战化实践教学过程;以实践为主导,通过校企协同育人、培育网络攻防夺旗竞赛文化等多种途径,提升学生的攻防创新能力。

The situation of cybersecurity is becoming increasingly severe,and there is an urgent need to cultivate network security talents with offensive and defensive practical capabilities.The School of Cybersecurity at Northwestern Polytechnical University is exploring the construction of a network security talent attack and defense capability training system.The goal of cultivating offensive and defensive capabilities is proposed,which is to establish a correct view of network security,master professional offensive and defensive skills,and possess innovative thinking in offensive and defensive thinking;a self reflective ideological and political education model is established,and a curriculum ideological and political integration method that combines"warning,motivation,and self reflection"is constructed.Taking"offense and defense,hierarchical classification"as the construction concept of the practical teaching system,a series of skill training courses with three levels of"foundation,confrontation,and innovation"are set up,and a three-stage advanced practical teaching process of "observation, practice, and battle" is established. Taking practice as the mainstay, cultivating students' innovative abilities in attack and defense through various means such as school enterprise collaboration in education, and creating a culture of online attack and defense flag grabbing competitions.
