新时代共同富裕理论有其内在的生成逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑。生成逻辑上,新时代共同富裕理论的形成是对马克思主义共同富裕思想的承典塑新,是对中华传统共同富裕思想精髓的现实转换,是对中国共产党人推动共同富裕的经验总结;理论逻辑上,阐明了共同富裕的主体,拓展了共同富裕的内容,创新了共同富裕的路径,总结了共同富裕的实现过程;实践逻辑上,强调坚持党的领导为实现共同富裕提供根本保障,建立逐步实现共同富裕的长效体制机制,以高质量发展为有效路径推进共同富裕。

The theory of common prosperity in the new era has its inherent generative logic,theoretical logic and practical logic.Logically,the formation of the theory of common prosperity in the new era is a reference to the Marxist thought of common prosperity,a realistic transformation of the essence of the traditional Chinese thought of common prosperity,and a summary of the experience of Chinese Communists in promoting common prosperity.Theoretically and logically,this paper expounds the process of the main body of"Common Prosperity"to expand the content of"Common Prosperity"and innovate the path of"Common Prosperity"to achieve"Common Prosperity";In terms of practical logic,it is emphasized that the Party's leadership should provide the fundamental guarantee for the realization of common prosperity,establish a long-term system and mechanism for the gradual realization of common prosperity,and promote common prosperity through high-quality development.
