摘要
以河北地质大学地理信息科学专业为例,探讨一流专业建设背景下高校培养创新创业人才的路径。河北地质大学在教学课程设置中新设创新创业“双创”课程以培养学生“双创”意识与“双创”思维,促使学生从机械的被动学习向主动学习过渡。同时河北地质大学注重创新创业平台建设,举办多样性的创新创业比赛,让学生在实践中巩固所学知识。在教学成果评价阶段,摒弃了之前仅针对在校生的量化考核标准,转变为对已毕业学生就业情况的定性评价和对在校生创新创业能力定量模型评价相结合的方式,以求最真实、最全面地反映高校创新创业教育的实施效果。最终建立起“创新创业思维培养+创新创业实践+创新创业能力培养”的反馈机制的培养路径,旨在为高校“双创”教育发展提供可借鉴的范例,开拓可实现的新路径。
This paper takes the major of geographic information science of Hebei GEO University as an example to study the universities training paths of the innovative and entrepreneurial talents under the background of the first-class major building.Our school has set up the courses of innovation and entrepreneurship in the teaching curriculum to train students'awareness and thinking of innovation and entrepreneurship,and promote students transition from mechanical passive learning to active learming.Simultaneously,our school emphasizes the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial plaforms,and holds various innovative and entrepreneurial competitions for making students better grasp the learning knowledge in practice.In the assessment of teaching results,it is used that the assessment methods of combining the qualitative evaluation of graduated students employment and the quantitative assessment for innovative and entrepreneurial capacities of the students at school,but previous quantitative assessment standards only for the students at school were given up,so as to most true and comprehensively display the results of innovative and entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities.Finally,the training paths of the feedback mechanism were established,which is composed of the thinking training,the practice,and the ability training of innovation and entrepreneurship,for providing reference and finding a new path for the university development of innovative and entrepreneurial education.
