摘要
为全面提升铁路工程建设项目管理质量与效率,对信息化技术特点进行研究,例如实现信息资源有效共享、促进不同部门之间保持良好沟通、优化原有的管理模式等,提出信息化技术在铁路工程建设项目管理中的应用要点和注意事项。
To improve the quality and efficiency of railway construction project management in all aspects,this article research on the characteristics of information technology,such as sharing of information resources,promote efficient communication between different departments,optimize the original management mode,etc.The application points and precautions of information technology in railway engineering construction project management are proposed.
